Redwood Estate is a lifestyle village of 71 villas providing independent living for residents over 50 years of age. The estate was built between 1998 and 2000 and comprises of a range of two and three bedroom villas, many with garages. Additional garages are usually available for rent.
Villas are freehold unit title properties with the common property administered by a body corporate under the guidance of a committee elected by owners. Routine maintenance of villa exteriors and gardens are handled by the contracted management company, the cost of which is included in the fortnightly levy. Repairs and alterations to a villa are the responsibility of the villa owner. Where the villa location permits, owners may optionally develop and maintain their own garden at the side and rear of their villa.
